Our Moulding lines are tailor-made to meet our customers’ requirements. Available in both ring design and linear design, they are manufactured following the latest technologies including servo motors with torque and position control, electronic programmable recipes, total flexibility in the dosing mode production and availability to include the widest variety of solid ingredients like whole or crushed nuts, dried fruits, biscuits, and wafers.
Easy and fast format change, availability to work on One Shot technology, point dosing or ribbon style, our lines can be customized to produce chocolate bars and pralines with the widest range of fillings; from different kinds of creams, also with solid inclusions, to fondant or alcohol fillings. Several additions can be included in the lines to achieve the right grade of automation or for specific products, like fast coupling of moulds for spherical products, Pick & Place systems for the addition of biscuits, wafers, cherries or nuts, mixers and dosing systems for ingredient mixing and robotized demoulding and transfer systems for the end products.
